In December 2025, Royal Papworth staff sent 296 Laudits to celebrate the everyday extraordinary achievements of their colleagues.
Our award-winning positive incident reporting platform, Laudit, allows our people to send positive feedback to one another in just a few simple clicks.
Everyone who receives a Laudit is automatically entered into a monthly draw and five winners are selected at random.
Our December winners were Dr Katharine Tweed, Kelly Corewyn, Kevin Kimani, Martin Liu and Dr Vivian Teng.
Dr Katharine Tweed, Radiology Consultant
Dr Tweed was praised by her colleague Moby for agreeing to triage some patients who were a query for CT guided needle biopsy to help fill some empty slots. Her work enabled a next day booking to be arranged in the space of three hours.
Kelly Corewyn, Staff Nurse
Kelly was recognised by her colleague Lizzie for remaining positive and demonstrating great leadership whilst coordinating the shift on 5S.
Kevin Kimani, Radiology Assistant Practitioner
Kevin has worked at Royal Papworth for eight years. He was praised by his colleague Julie for his proactive support when one of the CT scanners became unavailable.
To minimise disruption, Kevin and the radiology team started early, scanning inpatients alongside scheduled outpatients ahead of the interventional list. Their teamwork and dedication throughout the day eased pressure on the remaining scanner and ensured that all outstanding scans, including complex inpatient cases, were completed.
