We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated staff to join our clinical administration team on temporary bank roles.

This recruitment event on Saturday 1 February consists of online interviews for temporary clinical administration roles. Recruitment for substantive admin roles will not be taking place on this day.

Royal Papworth is a leading cardiothoracic centre where we care for patients undergoing specialist procedures. We will show you how you could play a part in their journey and recovery, providing you with all the opportunities, training and support to thrive in your new job.

Roles on offer:

  • Bank contracts for reception roles, secretarial roles and bookings team roles.
  • These will be Band 2 or band 3, depending on experience
  • Roles will be based at: Royal Papworth Hospital or Kingfisher House in Huntingdon

The roles involve working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations. You will support patient activity through the hospital, coordinate admissions and discharges, manage patient records, and ensure smooth patient flow.

The roles integrate elements of patient-facing duties, administrative responsibilities, and secretarial tasks, with an emphasis on communication, organisational skills, and adherence to Trust guidelines.

The interviews will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 1st February.
