Dr Grove trained as a doctor at Cambridge University and graduated in 1999.
She trained in general medicine before specialising in palliative medicine in 2004.
She worked as a speciality grade doctor until 2012 when she entered specialty training in the Eastern Deanery. She has been working as a consultant at Arthur Rank Hospice and Royal Papworth Hospital since 2016.
Dr Grove completed an MA in Medical Ethics and Palliative Care in 2019.
