The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created in 2013 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.
It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment and in the past eight years, millions of patients have submitted feedback.
At Royal Papworth Hospital, the digital department and audit team have worked together to update the FFT paper form to a new digital survey which can be accessed via iPads and QR codes across the hospital.
All 27 iPads will be wiped and cleaned between each use.
Alternatively, the FFT form can be completed on your mobile, tablet, laptop or computer at your own convenience.
