Our ILD nurse helpline number is 01223 638018 (open Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30).
Please only use this helpline for questions about your condition, health or side effects from medication.
This is an answerphone service.
In your message, please include:
- your name
- your date of birth
- the number we can contact you back on
- and ideally your hospital number or NHS number
If your query needs a call back from a nurse, we aim to respond within three working days. Due to significantly high call volumes, calls are limited to a seven-minute slot. This allows our team to respond to everyone who gets in touch.
This number is not suitable for urgent queries.
If you are acutely unwell, speak to your GP or use NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your local A&E.
