Aim of the course

Multidisciplinary comprehensive course on all aspects of new ECMO in the adult patient.

Course to include

  • Cardiac and respiratory support
  • Dedicated practical sessions

  • Ethical considerations
  • Newest circuits and technologies
  • Theoretical and practical assessment
     

Who should attend?

All members of the multidisciplinary team in the care of the patient on ECMO (doctors, nurses, perfusionists, etc)

Education

  • Endorsed by Cambridge University Health Partners
  • Dedicated practical sessions in small Groups
  • Royal College of Anaesthetists accredited - 15 CPD points
  • Multidisciplinary expert speakers
